SEIROGAN TOI A

Features:

The gastrointestinal medicine Seirogan Toi-A (sugar-coated tablet), is part of a product lineup that includes Seirogan, a household medicine that has been used for over a century. Japanese Pharmacopeia (JP) wood creosote, the main active ingredient of this medicine, regulates the water balance in the intestines without stopping bowel peristalsis, and returns the intestinal environment to its normal condition. It is especially effective for soft stool and diarrhea caused by food poisoning, water poisoning and indigestion, and for soft stool and diarrhea due to stress and cold. This medicine is an odorless, easy-to-swallow white tablet, containing crude drugs such as JP wood creosote, JP powdered geranium herb, and dry phellodendron bark extract

Indications:

Loose stools, diarrhea, food poisoning, vomiting, water poisoning, loose bowels, and diarrhea from dyspepsia

Directions and dosage:

Please take Seirogan Toi-A according to the dosage given below with cold or lukewarm water after meals (best within 30 min).

15 years and above   4 tablets    3times a day

11-14 years                3 tablets    3times a day

5-10 years                  2 tablets    3times a day

Under 5 years            Do not use

Precautions:

1.        Ensure that the above directions and dosage are accurately followed.

2.        Seirogan Toi-A should be used in children above 5 years under parental supervision. Ensure the intake of the right dosage and that the child does not choke on the tablets.

Ingredients and contents:

Every 12 tablets (maximum adult dosage) of Seirogan Toi-A contain the following ingredients:

JP wood creosote      270 mg (Inhibits increased peristalsis resulting from bacterial infection and regulates water content in the intestinal loop.)

JP powdered Geranium herb 300 mg (Adjusts the functions of the intestinal tract.)

Dried Phellodendron bark essence    300 mg (Inhibits bacteria inside the intestines, strengthens the stomach muscles mg and inhibits inflammation.)

Other ingredients include magnesium aluminum silicate, aluminum silicate, methyl cellulose, calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, and magnesium stearate.The sugar coating contains white sugar, gum arabic, gelatin, talc powder, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycols, palm wax, and bee wax.
