Other notes: Points for relieving constipation First, let's start by reviewing your lifestyle

1.  Regular bowel habits Go to the toilet at a fixed time once a day (preferably after breakfast).

It is important not to hold back the urge to have a bowel movement.

2.  Improved diet

Maintain a regular diet with three meals a day and include foods high in dietary fiber (vegetables, legumes, potatoes, seaweed, etc.) daily. It is also important to drink plenty of fluids.

3.  Moderate exercise

Lack of exercise is a major enemy of constipation. Engage in moderate exercise, strengthen your abdominal muscles, and consider massaging your abdomen.

Advice on taking Colac:

1.  The symptoms of constipation may vary from person to person, but if you take it before bedtime, you should see results the next morning (approximately 6 to 11 hours later).

2.  After experiencing an improvement in bowel movement, gradually increase the intervals between doses to regain a normal bowel habit.

Notes on Usage and Dosage:

1.  Please strictly follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
